Lacy Frazer practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 21 years, working with different populations suffering from a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual crises. She retired from government service in 2017 and transitioned full-time to her one true calling: expanding her reach as a Life Coach of Personal Transformation.
Lacy uses her years of experience and skills as a former psychologist and current life coach to motivate, inspire, and empower anyone seeking to move forward in their lives. Lacy provides practical knowledge and life skills to navigate everyday challenges by using the power of story, personal experience, and deep intuition to help guide her clients to their greatest potential. Building on this self-awareness, Lacy introduces a vast array of tools to help move her clients into a place of self-empowerment and co-creatorship with life.
How do I ignite the fire of personal curiosity in someone to the point that they learn to follow the light of their own flame?
My Approach
Shift Perspective
Through cognitive reframing and perspective shifts, clients learn to see challenges in new, empowering ways.
Emotional Regulation
I guide clients in developing tools to regulate their emotions, fostering peace and resilience. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore and reveal themselves to themselves, through their patterns of perspective, emotional reactions, and behavioral choices.
SUPPORTING YOUR BECOMING
Every step of the process is designed to support clients on their journey toward a healthier, more authentic, and fulfilling life….to meet the YOU that you are becoming!
Build Self Awareness
Since true transformation begins with awareness, I help clients recognize unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may be blocking their path forward.
Create a Safe Space
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore and reveal themselves to themselves through their patterns of perspective, emotional reactions, and behavioral choices.
